Adcenter celebrate the history, contribution, participation, heritage and impact of all African's Living in Ireland on yearly bases in the month of "November" for remembrance of important people and events in the history of Africans Diaspora. Susuana Olatunji Komolafe initiates the Celebrating AHMI 2010 standing for what I believe and now, there is a change around the world with the use of the Word. In celebrating African and their presence in Ireland, this young  Afro-Irish girl now 11 years old is making a differnce and we are part of her journey.

The Best African Designer 2014 "Designby Maiya" She is a Ten Year old Young Irish African Designer and just starting a great career. Maiya’s career started when she was raising fund on her trip to Italy, Knowing she is also projecting a positive image of “Young Nigerians Girls” around the world. Maiya was ten year old when she started her career as a designer who first burst onto the fashion scene when she entered the “Little Kingdom Fashion Show” with A2 Fashion wearing one of her own designs. She won and was then invited to take part in “Face of Fashion and her very first collections was then shown in Italy. In a very short time this young African/Irish girl has become “Face of Afro Fashion 2014” Initiated and Appointed by Afro Diaspora Center. A world finalist in “Face of the Globe 2013 and won the title of Best African Designer Ireland 2014. It seems there is no end to the opportunities presenting themselves to this young Designer/Model. Creating dresses which blend the cultures of her heritage it seems there is no doubt Maiya is a name we will be hearing a lot more of as the year goes by.

Meet Maiya Designsby, The Best African Designer 2014 and you get to meet the brain behind; Afro Fashion Show Ireland, Susuana.O.M Olatunji-Komolafe on the Single link Online. "Say Know to Violence toward Women": Currently in Ireland, one in every eight pregnant women will suffer from some form of domestic abuse; we join force with other Women to create awareness during the Fashion Show when celebrating women around the world. We are also launching our new Initiative "Africa Caribbean Diaspora Men Forum" To celebrate men in our life, the impact of men in the society and working with positive men, also positive image for African men, youth and boys. "The mission is to help our community thrive economically, ecologically, educationally and culturally, advancing their knowledge within the society we live".

Originally from Nigeria but based in Dublin-Ireland. She is a graduate
with a degree in Social Science, but developed her love for fashion.
However, as a fashion lover, in her spare time she blogs about her
personal style, re-creating of a design, celebrities styles and trends
but
  with a strong believes that you can be trendy and stylish without
being a slave to fashion and superficial.
